Delta Supports FETA 40th Anniversary Luncheon

Delta Smoke Control was delighted to sponsor FETA’s 40th Anniversary luncheon in April 2024.

Guests appreciated a delicious three-course meal, followed by the FETA Lunch Chair Mark Hughes’ address, which gave an update on current issues affecting the industry.

Mark noted the essential contributions of all FETA members, to the many active subgroups. He highlighted the importance of the upcoming GB F Gas regulation review and paid tribute to EPEE (European Partnership for Energy and the Environment) and its Director General, Russell Patten, for their work on the EU review process. Mark also spoke about the important work being done in several FETA associations regarding competencies and training. As always, Mark thanked the FETA members who are involved in developing European and International standards.

The highlight of the day, was the guest speaker – Steve ‘interesting’ Davis OBE – who thoroughly entertained and amused the whole room with his address.
